The library at Mangala College of Allied Health Sciences plays a vital role in supporting the academic pursuits of both students and faculty members. It serves as a valuable resource centre that offers a diverse range of materials to enhance teaching, learning, and research.

Objectives of the Library

  • The Primary objectives of a library is to provide easy and equitable access to wide range of information resources.
  • The Library aims to help users find the information for research, learning and personal enrichment.
  • User Services: Enhancing user experiences by evaluating and improving, such as reference assistance, Circulation and audio –visual.
  • Access of Library holdings via Automated Library catalogue and Internet
  • Providing accurate and reliable information to users in a timely manner.
  • Collection of Information resources in Print, Non-print, Electronic, Online in Health Sciences.
  • Understanding and addressing the users’ desires and preferences.

Members 

The membership of the library is open to the teachers, students and non-teaching staff members of the college. The outgoing students can keep books up to university examination. The reading facilities is also provided for the ex-students of the college.
