Objectives of the Arts Club

  • Mangala college of Allied Health science provides an open platform for its students to build up their various artistic talents and this is executed by the Mangala Arts Club.
  • To cultivate an artistic environment in the college and to develop an appreciation of the fine arts in the student community.
  • Bring out the creative, expressive, and aesthetic qualities of the students.
  • Encourages responsiveness to imagination, creativity, and respect for individual differences and uniqueness by cultivating self-esteem, respect for others.

Functioning of the Arts Club

  • Arts club has a planned execution of all the events from the beginning of the academic year.
  • Before the academic year starts, a meeting is organised by the coordinator to have discussion with the principal regarding events to be conducted and approval for the same is taken.
  • Then pre and post meetings are conducted along with committee members after every event for the smooth functioning.
  • Programs like Ugadi celebration, Onam celebration, Sharada pooja, Deepavali celebration, Christmas celebration are organised.
  • Various competitions are organised to encourage the budding talent of the students.
  • It takes care that students are benefited by these events and can help them to showcase their talent.
